How long does my order take to ship?

Every order is fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in the Philippines, where each piece is thoughtfully handled before making its way to you. Shipping times and delivery estimates are calculated from this location.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We offer international shipping via DHL and FedEx.

What is the delivery time?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Metro Manila: 2-4 working days

• Outside Metro Manila: 4-8 working days

• SAME - DAY pick-up via Grab or Lalamove

SAME - DAY DELIVERY

• Available only for orders booked between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

• Buyers are responsible for booking the same-day delivery service

• The pickup location will be provided AFTER payment has been successfully received
